SMS was created by Jay Hilbert during his 30+ year career in sales, sales management, and marketing for global companies where he served as an SVP of Global Sales for the past 24 years. Jay developed the Proactive Performance Selling (PPS) process which is a unique collection of sales and sales management modules/tools that are not taught by the classic sales training companies to drive sales teams to proactively find and win net-new business!

Engagement Process
